The Software Support Engineer is a key role to the PriceAdvantage team. We are experiencing exponential software sales growth with our market-established commercial-off-the-shelf software we need to add a Software Support Engineer to help us keep up with demand. We work in a start-up atmosphere, but we are backed by a financially solid 50-year-old company. The compensation for this position is $40,000-$50,000.
Requirements:
- 1 - 2 years of Software Product Support or related work experience
- Proven skills in troubleshooting software running in a Windows environment
- Excellent phone and email communication skills
- Experience prioritizing multiple tasks and working with small teams in a fast-paced environment
- High comfort level in the Microsoft Windows operating system and server platforms
- Candidates must pass a background check and drug screen that includes marijuana.
