What does a Member Experience Specialist II do?

The Member Experience Specialist II for the Dallas market is a vital role focused on cultivating and enhancing financial relationships with our members. In this position, you will process transactions, update accounts, and open new accounts, all while actively seeking loan applications and cross-selling appropriate Credit Union products and services. You will play a key role in our business development initiatives by engaging with local businesses and soliciting new memberships at the branch. By onboarding new Select Employee Groups (SEGs) and conducting outbound calls, you will help expand our community presence. Adhering closely to policies and procedures, your success will be measured by meeting individual and team performance and sales goals, all while delivering exceptional member experiences aligned with the SkyOne Service and Sales Model.

Qualifications

  • Windows, Word, Excel and Internet proficiency.
  • Proficient in 10-key and typing skills.
  • Strong cross-selling skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of financial products and services.
  • Demonstrates a positive and professional image within the workplace.
  • Ability to adapt to any situation.
  • Goal Oriented and dependable.
  • Able to identify and uncover members and non-members needs.
  • Working knowledge of our electronic delivery services.
  • Working knowledge of applicable rules and regulations related to branches and ATMs.
  • Minimum 1year experience in a financial institution.
  • A high degree of confidentiality.
