The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for SkyPark in order to attract potential guests. The Marketing Manager will report to the General Manager, Assistant General Managers and Creative Director of SkyPark. This role is essential in the development of the brand SkyPark works to create.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.
- Maintain marketing calendar for Santa’s Village, SkyPark Bike Park, SkyPark Camp & RV Resort and SkyPark Weddings.
- Achieve marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
- Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Must understand digital marketing and have familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in Marketing & Public Relations.
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and social media accounts that attracts and converts our target groups.
- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
- Create, maintain, and foster positive long-term contacts with regional media of all disciplines.
- Collect, measure, and analyze all web data for purposes of understanding and optimizing social media usage.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a professional manner.
- Experience managing content for blog posts, newspapers, social posts, and emails.
- Experience and knowledge in graphic design software, digital marketing software and photo editing.
- Experience managing content for blog posts, research papers, case studies, white papers, social posts, and emails.
- 5 – 10 years in a Marketing Leadership Role.
- Related BA/BS Degree in Marketing.
