Responsibilities:
- Leads, develops, motivates, hires and manages performance of branch staff; ensures internal safeguarding control procedures for all branch staff and positions; administers performance evaluations and recommends appropriate corrective actions.
- Leads branch routines necessary to acquire, retain, and deepen member relationships. Routines to include: daily huddles, employee 1 on 1's, outbound calling campaigns, new member onboarding, and cross-selling SkyPoint FCU’s products and services to existing members.
- Participates in local Business & Community Development events, driving SkyPoint FCU’s CDFI mission, value proposition, and commitment to the local community.
- Maintains communications with all departments; prepares and submits standard reports; attends scheduled management meetings.
- Monitors all branch activities to ensure they are in compliance with established credit union policies and procedures.
- High School diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
- Two to five years of similar or related experience, with proven leadership, business development, client relationship management, and organizational skills are required.
- Prior experience in a banking or financial services company required. Credit union experience is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal engagement, leadership, and presentation skills, attentiveness, information retention, tact and diplomacy in dealing with both members and employees required.
- Work involves motivating or influencing others.
- Fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals).
- Strong accuracy and detail orientation skills required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) required.
- Prior experience with Symitar and/or Meridian Link is preferred.
Hours:
SkyPoint FCU is open M-F 9am-5pm
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8:45am-5:15pm

Leave:
You will earn Paid Time Off and Personal, Sick and disability leave. Annual leave is accrued at 4.6 hours per pay period (15 days per year). Two personal days are earned per year. Sick leave is accrued at 4.62 hours per pay period with a maximum accrual per year of 120 hours.
Insurances:
Employees are offered medical, prescription, dental, vision and disability insurance. The credit union pays a portion of the monthly premium, and the employee pays a portion. Available providers and costs will be discussed during orientation. All insurance except disability is effective the first of the month following date of hire.

401(a)/Deferred Compensation:
You will be eligible to participate in the SkyPoint FCU Retirement 401A plan after 6 months of employment. Information about retirement options will be presented during orientation.
