The Opportunity: 100% remote
We are looking for self motivated Commercial Real Estate Agents who are enthusiastic about making a difference by becoming part of our expanding team! Our objective is to provide clients with a seamless experience while assisting you in reaching your goals, all without the hindrances of corporate red tape or limitations on earnings through fixed salaries or capped commissions.
You will:
- Build relationships with business owners and prospective clients over the phone to source new potential opportunities using our modern technology that enables 100 dials per hour and enhances conversion rate by 22%
- Help clients to make well-informed, strategic business decisions through the utilization SkyView’s proprietary process, tools, technology, and resources
- Manage a pipeline of active transactions across all stages of the deal-making lifecycle
- Steward transactions through the crucial offer negotiation stage to a successful close
- Leverage SkyView’s collaborative team environment and have support when you need it
You have:
- The drive to achieve, a high-level of integrity, and a desire for professional growth
- Experience in cultivating long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients and colleagues
- The willingness to embrace SkyView’s proprietary & proven approach to investment sales
- A track-record of success in investment sales, with strong written and verbal communication skills
