Pay: $16.00 - $18.25/hour
Shifts:
- First Shift: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

We are seeking experienced Operating Room Cleaners to support a top-tier Ambulatory Surgery Center in the Palos Heights area. This is a critical role responsible for terminal cleaning of operating rooms (ORs) to maintain the highest standards of sanitation and infection control.
✅ What You’ll Do:
- Perform detailed terminal cleaning of surgical suites post-procedure
- Disinfect and sanitize all surfaces, floors, lights, and medical equipment
- Safely handle cleaning chemicals and biohazard disposal
- Ensure compliance with strict healthcare sanitation protocols
- Work closely with medical staff and facility managers
Requirements:
- 1 year experience in OR cleaning or hospital environmental services
- Understanding of infection control and sterile environments
- Attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning checklists
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
