Customer & Market Leadership
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with owners, architects, property managers, and strategic partners.

- Support growth through referral-based work and selective competitive bidding strategies.
- Partner with senior finance leadership on forecasting, job costing, budgeting, and margin performance.
- Ensure strong financial discipline across estimating, change orders, project management, and billing.

- Directly lead superintendents, sales/estimating teams, and key office functions.
- Build strong relationships with both union and non-union employees, fostering a culture of trust, respect, and autonomy.
- Support workforce planning, apprenticeship development, and effective crew utilization.
- Champion a best-in-class safety culture in partnership with industry associations and internal field leadership.
- Ensure consistent execution of safety protocols, training programs, site inspections, and compliance audits.
- 20 years of progressive leadership experience in commercial roofing, industrial construction, mechanical contracting, or a related project-based industry.
- Strong operational background leading field teams, superintendents, and complex, multi-phase construction projects.
- Experience working with or leading union labor strongly preferred.
- Proven success managing safety programs, job costing, scheduling, and customer communication.
