Responsibilities
- Prepare aircraft spare parts for shipment according to order specifications and aviation regulations.
- Monitor key performance indicators and track performance over time.
- Perform documentation checks for incoming aircraft parts to ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
- Update and maintain accurate stock records, reporting any discrepancies to the Warehouse & Logistics Manager.
- Conduct periodic inventory cycle counts and reconcile stock as needed.
- Adhere to strict packing and safety procedures specific to aircraft materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse in line with regulatory and internal requirements.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff and supervisors to support continuous improvement efforts.
- Carry out additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management.
- College diploma or equivalent desired.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and/or be eligible to obtain them.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with ERP systems such Pentagon 2000, Quantum, SAP or similar.
- Familiarity with OSHA, ISO is desired.
- Dangerous goods familiarity ideal.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach.
- Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting, sorting, and handling sensitive materials.
- Previous experience in a repair station or logistics environment, preferably in the aviation industry.
- Experience with incoming/outgoing inspection of aircraft spare parts is preferred.
- Experience using online shipping platforms (UPS, FedEx, DHL) for processing freight.
