Location - Maryland / DC Metro

Our client, a respected and growing General Contractor, is looking for an experienced Estimator with a strong background in commercial interiors and tenant fit-outs. Known for delivering projects in the $500K–$20M range, they offer a culture that values growth, mentorship, and long-term career development.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare accurate take-offs, cost breakdowns, and labor estimates
• Analyze specs, drawings, and RFIs to assess scope and risks
• Collaborate with architects, clients, and subcontractors for clear communication
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site walks
• Maintain and grow vendor and subcontractor relationships
• Support purchasing and value engineering efforts with detailed scope sheets

What You Bring:

• 3–5 years of estimating experience with a GC
• Strong background in interiors/tenant fit-out projects
• Skilled in analyzing drawings, specs, and scopes
• Organized, detail-driven, and tech-savvy
• Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
