What are the responsibilities and job description for the SERVER/BARTENDERS position at Slackwater LLC?
As a Server, you will set the stage and have a direct impact on each guest's experience. You will determine whether each guest feels welcome, appreciated, and well cared for. We need you to take care of every single guest in our restaurant as if they were guests in your home, welcoming each one and sending them off with a fond farewell. We also want you to be you. We will never script any part of what you say to our guests. Slackwater is a place for all of us to come and relax. It is what makes us special, our individuality in our quest for craft beers and artisan pizzas. We take great pride in our quality food, our selection of beer, cleanliness, and friendly, responsive service.
