Potential Duties
- Answer Customer Support Emails
- Ecommerce
- Basic Quote Preparation
- Data Entry for Quoting and Customer Summary
- Simple data collection and processing
- Assist with paperwork associated with payroll, NDA's, and project contracts
- Formulate and update project schedules based on client needs
- Assistance with processing and shipment of products
- Follow up with Clients to update them on project status
Preferred Background
- If you have worked in a restaurant that is great. Especially if you have been an expeditor or server.
- Experience with Ecommerce
- Experience in a Manufacturing Business is a plus.
- Social Media and Website Management is a plus.
- Previous PA, organizational or secretarial position
- Understanding of platforms such as hubspot, Clickup, Slack, microsoft excel, or similar project management and communication platforms.
To be successful at this job you have to love people. Would recommend almost bottomless patience.
The day to day would be working and editing our ecommerce sites, websites, social media posts, brand deals. Then engaging with team inhouse on status of projects.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
