```Duties```
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Assist with guest requests, such as room changes, additional amenities, or directions
- Handle phone calls and reservations with accuracy and efficiency
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Complete night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports
- Ensure the safety and security of guests by following established procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using hotel management software and computer systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. As a Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling reservations, processing payments, and completing night audit duties.
