What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeping position at Sleep Inn & Suites?
Our company is seeking a Housekeeper to take care of our facilities, ensuring that the appropriate carpet cleaning and hygiene processes are applied and keeping the overall cleanliness of our building to a high standard. The ideal candidate for this job has prior experience as a Housekeeper although not required and is able to follow directions well without much supervision. Must be able to handle change during the shift if it were to arise on their cleaning schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain property in clean and orderly condition.
- Clean rooms according to the brand standards.
- Use cleaning supplies and detergents to clean surfaces and items.
- Clean floors and carpets.
- Remove trash and other waste from rooms.
- Ensure that toilets, sinks, and tubs are clean and sanitary.
- Ensure that rooms are appropriately lit, ventilated, and heated.
- Move furniture or appliances as required to clean areas around them.
- Receive or deliver items to or from other department employees.
- Use appropriate cleaning products.
- Finish rooms in an appropriate amount of time.

Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
