Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Manage custodial duties such as trash removal, restroom sanitation, and replenishing supplies.
- Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as needed to maintain facility standards.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to uphold quality control measures.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and custodial practices is advantageous.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning processes is a plus for maintaining large facilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
