Responsibilities:
- Providing consultation and follow up to patients in the field of Sleep Medicine
- Performing initial and follow up examinations, including performing vital signs physical exams and patient observations
- Setting up and monitoring medical equipment
- Ordering and administering diagnostic tests
- Communicating test results to patients and their families
- Recording patient vital signs and medical histories
- Operating and maintaining medical equipment
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments on patients
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Prescribe medications and administer treatments
- Provide patient education on health promotion and disease prevention
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Manage patient cases, including coordinating referrals and follow-up care
Qualifications:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Tennessee
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Proficient in medication administration and dosage calculations
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a healthcare team

Sleep Wellness clinics of America, PLLC ( www.sleepwellnessinfo.com) is seeking a part time Advanced Practitioner to join our growing team.
The Advanced Practitioner will work with Physicians, NPs and practice staff to manage patients with various sleep disorders goals of care and treatment plans and provide guidance and education to patients and families.
- Work schedule is part time Monday-Friday schedule with flexible schedule
- We provide a supportive work environment and thorough orientation.
