What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Support Professional position at SLIC?

Looking to hire a Direct Service Worker for male consumer in the Youngsville area. You must be 18 and older with a valid driver license and auto insurance.  He needs assistance with light housekeeping, shopping, transportation to work, and cooking. He is in a wheelchair and must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must have a low setting vehicle as well.  His schedule is Sunday-Friday.

Sunday: 8am-1pm 

Monday: 8am -5pm

Tuesday: 8am-1pm

Wednesday: 8am-5pm

Thursday-8am-1pm

Friday: 8am-1pm
