What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Support Worker position at SLIC?

We are looking to hire 2 DSW's to assist a male client with all his daily ADL's and IADL's. The shift will be one week on one off. Hours will be listed below. 


Monday 6:00am-8:45am, 3:15-8:00pm

Tuesday 6:00am-8:45am, 3:15-8:00pm

Wednesday 6:00am-8:45am, 3:15-8:00pm

Thursday 6:00am-8:45am, 3:15-8:00pm

Friday 6:00am-8:45am, 3:15-8:00pm

Saturday 8am-12am

Sunday 8am-8pm
