Seeking a full time janitorial / housekeeper worker to clean residential rental properties.
Responsibilities:
- Perform custodial duties to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas
- Conduct commercial cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including replenishing supplies
- Perform floor care duties, such as buffing and waxing floors
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed
- Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment when handling cleaning chemicals
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred
- Knowledge of commercial and industrial cleaning techniques and equipment
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery, such as buffers and carpet cleaners
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions for specific cleaning tasks
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Strong time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes
