Job Duties And Responsibilities
The Sling Contract Administrator will support the administration and lifecycle management of Sling’s contract across various lines of business. As a Contract Administrator, you’ll be responsible for making sure we are in compliance with our agreements and will develop best practices on contract management systems. You are organized and will help keep Sling’s contract management a smooth, streamlined and efficient process. You are a self-starter with the ability to perform tasks independently, with a willingness to take initiative.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain correspondence and documentation related to contracts
- Manage and handle NDA process
- Develop contract proposals to support organizational goals
- Share and clarify contract processes, conditions and details with management, business partners and employees
- Ensure teams have a central repository of processes, files, and documents
- Communicate and present information to stakeholders, including executive leadership, regarding contracts
- Monitor contracts and move forward with termination, extension or renewal of contracts
- Problem-solve contract and non-contract related issues
- Disseminate information and updates in a timely and comprehensive manner across the organization and to all key stakeholders
- Review contracts, verifying accuracy and resolving discrepancies in line with company rules and guidelines
- Resource for internal stakeholders with specific questions and request regarding current contract terms and compliance
- Various special projects to support your team and maintain business efficiencies
- Management of vendor payment processes
Skills, Experience and Requirements
- 5 years of contract administration experience or a combination of education and experience
- Experience with contract management tools, ideally Conga and Icertis
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external partners
- Superior reading, writing and language skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Ability to work productively independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of contracts, contract governance, contractual language and the contract lifecycle
