We are looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable people with a passion for fitness to join our SLTeam! Our training program will teach you everything you need to know about the SLT method, the Megaformer and how to teach and motivate clients to strengthen, lengthen, and tone their bodies. Our unique classes are high energy, low impact and full-body. The combination of strength training, Pilates, and cardio will leave you shaking, sweating, and completely hooked on the reSuLTs.

We will be hosting several Auditions in the Tri-State Area in the coming weeks and will reach out directly with specifics ASAP
TRAINING PROGRAM DETAILS
Once an applicant applies, auditions, and is accepted, they are expected to attend a multi-day long intensive training.
We will be hosting several Intensives in the Tri-State Area in the coming weeks and will share details once auditions have been scheduled.
Following these sessions, trainees are paired with a mentor for 1:1 training. All trainees are expected to dedicate a minimum of 3 hours per week with their assigned Mentor/Master Instructor throughout the duration of their training, in addition to at least 3 hours of at home practice.
The entire training process, beginning to end, will last approximately 8-12 weeks, and participants are required to have their own insurance in order to utilize our facility and complete the training.
