As a Telecom Customer Service Associate, You Will Be:
- Engaging with customers in person to answer inquiries and provide information about products and services
- Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the client’s products and services by attending client meetings and participating in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product changes, sales techniques, and industry best practices
- Process all sales orders for customers from start to finish to be a part of their sales cycle
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products and services to new and existing customers
- Problem-solving customer complaints in a professional and respectful manner
Telecom Customer Service Associate Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, customer support, sales, or retail role
- Full time availability to meet the demands of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, ensuring consistent customer relations
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage in interactions and clear communication with both customers and team members
- Active listening skills to understand and address customer needs, build relations and answer all inquiries
- Dependability, time management and punctuality
