What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Lead position at SMA Advantage, LLC?

We are looking for an experienced CNC Lead to work for a company that manufactures sporting goods equipment for basketball, volleyball, soccer, and more. Hours are Monday-Thursday 4:30 pm – 2:30 am and possible over time on Fridays. Pay is $22-$27/hr. Full benefit package is offered.
CNC Lead Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes
- Load materials and parts onto machines
- Monitor the machines while they execute the tasks
- Inspect and measure finished product
- Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality
- Control incoming and outgoing parts inventory
- Supervise and lead a few CNC machine operators
CNC Lead Requirements and Qualifications
- Requires 2 years of previous experience operating CNC machines
- Accurately read blueprints, tape measure, calipers, and protractors
- Knowledge of 5S Lean Manufacturing a plus
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand on your feet for 10-hour shift
