POSITION PURPOSE
The core duties of the Proposal Specialist involve supporting Small Giants’ pursuits department in developing qualifications-based project pursuits for our clients in the A/E/C industry. This includes proposal writing, editing, and content management. Graphics support using Adobe and Microsoft applications.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Coordinate and prepare proposals and other qualifications-based materials.
- Work with technical staff to develop proposal sections and presentation content.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Maintain marketing information systems (resumes, project profiles)
REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or other related major.
- Expereince in the A/E/C & CRE industry is preferred
- Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure when handling competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills to manage content, files, and project timelines.
