What the position entails:

Design & User Experience

• Utilize Figma and Photoshop to create high-fidelity initial concepts, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Apply UI/UX best practices to ensure website layouts are intuitive, user-friendly, and optimized for conversion.
• Ensure every design element aligns with client brand standards and long-term business goals.

Development & Launch Management

• Build fully optimized, responsive websites using WordPress and Elementor.
• Navigate cPanel, GoDaddy, and ManageWP to manage domain configurations, hosting migrations, and live launches.
• Implement comprehensive on-page and technical SEO strategies during the build phase to support organic visibility.

Project & Client Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the development lifecycle and into post-launch support.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional services to expand client partnerships.
• Provide dedicated ongoing support including site edits, security updates, and performance optimizations for existing web properties.

Cross-Team Collaboration & Operations

• Partner with photo/video, design, and marketing teams to integrate creative assets cohesively.
• Develop and refine standardized website process documentation to improve departmental efficiency.
• Assist colleagues with workload management and contribute to creative brainstorming sessions to support team success.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience: Web design and WordPress development
• Technical Proficiencies: High-level mastery of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, and Elementor
• Infrastructure Knowledge: Hands-on experience with ManageWP, cPanel, GoDaddy, and various domain registrars
• SEO Expertise: Solid understanding of technical SEO and metadata implementation.
• Agency experience preferred: Proven ability to manage multiple clients and brands simultaneously
• Industry Experience: Experience within Commercial Real Estate, Construction, or Design industries is a plus
