Assistant Director Opportunity!
A 5 STAR Child Care Center, currently serving 100 children and 19 staff members, is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Assistant Director.
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Qualifications:
Must have an Associates degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related area of Child Development
Four year degree in Early Childhood Education or a related area of Child Development preferred
Must have two years of experience as Assistant Director or Lead Teacher in a child care school
Must meet all requirements stipulated by the state for this position
Pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality
Highly professional and dependable
Must be able to interact appropriately with students of all ages and skill levels as well as with parents, coworkers, and management
Strengths in operational leadership including:
Contributing to a positive workplace
Supporting staff
Using technology to optimize efficiency
Gathering, documenting, and analyzing data for decision-making purposes.
