🛠️ What You’ll Do
- Manage 3–5 active multifamily renovation projects (unit upgrades capital improvements)
- Create budgets, scopes of work, and project schedules using Excel & Smartsheet
- Lead and coordinate reliable subcontractors across multiple trades
- Ensure full OSHA compliance and jobsite safety
- Streamline procurement, scheduling, and delivery across multiple properties
- Maintain detailed records: before/after photos, milestone tracking, daily logs
- Work closely with property managers, vendors, and clients to ensure satisfaction
✅ Must-Have Skills
- Proven experience in multifamily rehab and CapEx project management
- Strong understanding of California building codes and OSHA safety procedures
- Tech-savvy: Excel, Smartsheet, Procore (or similar tools)
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and adapt quickly to change
- A solid network of Bay Area subcontractors is a big plus!
