Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Enterprise Architect to lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations, solution design, and platform architecture. This is a hands-on architect role for professionals who have owned large ServiceNow programs and complex integrations.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Architect and lead enterprise ServiceNow solutions
✔ Design custom application architecture on ServiceNow
✔ Own platform strategy, SDLC, and upgrade planning
✔ Lead complex integrations (REST, SOAP, Scripted APIs)
✔ Architect Service Portal, Workspace, and UI Builder
✔ Lead ITSM plus one or more: ITOM, ITBM, GRC, CSM, HRSD
✔ Design Domain Separation architecture
✔ Drive Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management & Orchestration
✔ Own authentication, SSO, LDAP/Active Directory integrations
