Key Responsibilities : Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site setup.Support promotional activities, such as product launches, brand activations, and community outreach programs.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement event and promotional strategies.Monitor event timelines and ensure all activities are executed on schedule.Engage with event attendees to promote products and services, answer questions, and provide a positive brand experience.Help maintain inventory of promotional materials and ensure they are properly distributed at events.Assist in post-event analysis, including gathering feedback, tracking results, and reporting on the success of each event.Provide administrative support to the events team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing event-related communications.Qualifications :
