Responsibilities:
- Architect, design, implement and operate data engineering solutions, using Agile methodology, that empower users to make informed business decisions.
- Send and retrieve data with external vendors and organizations (including API code integrations)
- Collaborate with Data Analysts, Data Scientists, DBAs, cross-functional teams, and business partners.
- Facilitate and take ownership of assigned technical projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Continuously improve quality, security, efficiency, and scalability of data pipelines.
Skills/Experience You Have:
- 5 years experience in a highly technical role
- 4 years experience providing leadership and management to software engineers
- Demonstrated proficiency in at least one software engineering discipline
- Articulate in a variety of modern web and non-web technologies
- Leadership in promoting best practices and high quality code in your teams
- Demonstrated proficiency of planning, prioritizing and realizing improvements in the coordination of a technical scrum team
- Skillful in communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- You thrive in learning from colleagues and mentoring others
Skills/Experience Preferred:
- Development experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Management experience in a fast-growing organization is a plus
