smartdept. is searching for a Digital Asset Coordinator for a luxury travel client located in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will come with 2 years of experience. This is a fully remote, on-going contract opportunity with the possibility of an extension . Compensation for this position is expected to be $22-25 / hour depending on experience level and fit.
The Digital Asset Coordinator is responsible for managing the company's digital assets, including images, videos, and documents. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital asset management and experience working with a variety of file formats.
What You’ll Do :
- Organize and maintain the company's digital asset library
- Create and update metadata for digital assets
- Manage and create maintaining workflows for asset requests
- Process Management
- Optimize digital assets for performance and accessibility
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the effective use of digital assets
- Understanding the brand
- Cataloging images, videos, documents, and other media files
- Creating and implementing file naming conventions
- Managing metadata and tags for easy searchability
- Content Management
