Duties
Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy in the input of information into databases and spreadsheets.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies regarding data management.
Automotive Dealership Accounting knowledge a plus, as can assist in the Office.
Scanning repair orders/check/invoices
Experience
Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in data entry with a keen eye for detail to minimize errors.
Familiarity with office software, including word processing and spreadsheet applications, is essential.
Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
