Who We Are Looking For
We have an immediate opening for an entry-level Frontend Software Engineer to join our top-notch team! You'll need a solid foundation in producing and implementing functional web pages and digital assets that spread the word about our awesome products. You'll work closely with a stellar team of marketers, designers, developers, and content creators to build and maintain stunning marketing-focused web experiences.
** This role is onsite in our Orem, UT office. **
What You Need To Get The Job Done
Requirements:
- Some hands-on software development experience
- Basic understanding of modern JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS/SCSS, and HTML
- Familiarity with mainstream JavaScript frameworks and libraries, including some exposure to React (bonus points for Next.js)
- Willingness to learn and apply effective software design patterns and development best practices (i.e., you're a pro at writing clean code)
- Interest in learning or experimenting with web animations
- Basic familiarity with node.js, npm, and similar technologies
- Interest in building and maintaining API-driven web applications (JAMstack)
- An analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude
- Solid organizational skills and eagerness to learn
- Openness to learning from teammates and sharing ideas
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion

What You'll Do For Us
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with others to develop high-quality, high-performance marketing web pages and content, and support digital initiatives across the team
- Explore and apply new ideas to help us take our website and marketing tools to the next level (e.g. evaluate new technologies, automate common tasks, etc.)
- Continue to develop your own technical knowledge and skills
- Maximize your personal growth through various company-sponsored trainings, including Arbinger methodologies, and apply what you learn in your work and interactions with others
