HPI Property Management is hiring for an Assistant Property Manager. Our idea candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, can multi-task, and is dedicated to creating happy customers (Owners and Tenants). - As an assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the property manager in daily operations and tasks
- Building positive relationships with prospective and current tenants and owners
- Responding to tenant queries and resolving any issues that arise
- Overseeing the timely and successful completion of maintenance requests
- Perform data entry, maintain lease files, and coordinate tenant services.
- Creating organizational systems to support accurate record keeping and prompt renter complaint resolution
- Conducting property inspections to ensure compliance with property standards and regulations
- Occasional property visits, requiring flexibility and adaptability
