SMB Team is seeking an internal, FULL TIME HIRE who will serve in a client facing Account Management role for all of our Bookkeeping clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bookkeeping and enjoys being in a client facing role. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned financial professional looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The salary for this role is $60,000 - $65,000 annually.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable: Receiving invoices, confirming accuracy, scheduling payments
- Vendor Management: Setup new vendors, tax information, banking & address info
- Month-end close: bank and credit card reconciliations, prepare draft financial statements
- Admin and reporting to enable efficient operations
- Completing account analysis projects as requested
- Attention to detail
- Ability to pick up new technology systems
- Dedication to customer service (internal and external customers)
- 2 years experience bookkeeping or accounting experience with a professional service firm
- 4 years experience with Quickbooks Online
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong plus if you are able to work in our Bala Cywood, PA office 1 day per week.
