Title: Assistant Controller
Location: Stamford CT
Compensation: $100,000 to $140,000 Bonus

Your Role:
- Assist with preparing and reviewing the month-end close process, creating efficiencies and accountability.
- Streamline existing AP/AR and vendor management processes to maximize efficiencies.
- Produce and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidated reporting packages for internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze complex financial and operating information to provide accurate and timely recommendations to management.
- Partner with and support cross-functional teams with problem-solving and analysis.
- Prepare high-quality dashboards, summaries, and presentations for management executives and stakeholders.
- Perform ad hoc special projects as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- 5-12 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a focus on professional services, reporting, and analysis.
- Public accounting experience preferred; CPA or working towards it is desired.
- Strong preference for candidates with healthcare industry experience.
- Proficiency in developing financial and operating models, including three-statement models.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to turn numbers into actionable insights.
- Experience with QuickBooks, Salesforce, and Microsoft Suite is preferred.
