Title: Healthcare Investment Banking – Vice President
Salary: $225,000 – $250,000 Bonus
Location: New York, NY (On Site)
Responsibilities:
- Support transaction execution
- Source deals and possibly bring on deals
- Origination activities, pitches, decks and build long term industry relationships
- Work hand in hand with the Senior Healthcare MDs
- Advise on Buy/Sell side M&A activities , engage in the due diligence process of deals
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Bankers (Associates & Analysts)
- Analyze market data and understand current market trends based on real time date
- Enthusiastic about the Healthcare Industry, being a market specialist in any sub sector will help you stand out as a candidate
- Healthcare M&A experience is a must with a track record of deals
Requirements:
- BA/BS with a major in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field
- Anywhere between 6 yrs – 8 yrs of relevant experience, only Banking or combination of Investment Banking and Corporate Advisory
- STRONG M&A Exp is a must from buy-side & sell side
- Licenses preferred are Series 7, 79 & 63
- Open to travel as needed by clients
- Must have a track record of leading small teams (4-6 junior Bankers)
- 6 yrs of Investment Banking experience is ideal
Salary : $225,000 - $250,000
