Qualifications
- Current BLS/ACLS certifications
- Current IL license 1 year experience required
- Provide compassionate nursing care to patients in a post-acute care facility, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments, document medical history, and collaborate on individualized care plans
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor vital signs for patient safety and comfort.
- Coordinate patient care by scheduling tests, consultations, and referrals.
- Collaborate closely with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare team members.
- Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to safety guidelines.
