The Packaged Beverage and Maintenance Coordinator position isresponsible for maintaining the building to the standard set forth by Snappy'sConvenience stores which includesminor maintenance within the location such as plumbing, changing of lights, cleaning vents and ceiling tiles, cleaning the pumps and islands, cleaning of coolers, deck brushing of all floors and washing down walls. The role is also responsible for the management of the packaged beverage cooler inventory. As the Coordinator, you are responsible for levels of back stock inventory and matching of planograms.
Essential job functions include the following:
- Operate tools required for maintenance and cleaning.
- Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs.
- Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm).
- Collaborate with workers and other professionals.
- Maintain awareness of stock levels, avoiding out-of-stocks and excessive stock levels.
- Maintain organization of back stock per a planogram.
- Monitor placement of products (customer view) so they are per planogram.
- Manage merchandise presentation (stocking, fronting and accurate pricing).
