QA Automation Tester

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred fields: Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science)
• 5 years of experience in embedded software development
• Automation Test Script Development: Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts for web-based applications
• Test Planning and Implementation: Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases, build test plans, and conduct automated tests for functional, regression, and performance testing
• Expertise in Selenium WebDriver with Java
• Experience with version control, configuration management, and code quality tools (e.g., GitHub, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Jira)
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
• Ability to communicate well, with a focus on understanding customer needs
• Ability to work in a dynamic, high-change environment with a proactive approach to improving output
• Willingness to travel 10% domestically

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science
• 5 years of experience in a related field
• Experience with test tools such as Autobot, Robot Framework, etc.
• Experience with Agile product development
