Job Summary : Under the direction of a behavior specialist or Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), perform skilled, confidential support and assistance to the classroom teacher and IEP team as required with students who demonstrate challenging behaviors. Specific responsibilities for this position are as described on the attached job description.
Salary Range : $29.45 - $33.35 Certified Behavior Tech per 2024-25 Public School Employees Salary Schedule
Above pay rates do not include holiday and pay in lieu of vacation, which increases the hourly compensation.
Work Schedule :
- Shift : Monday through Friday, 7 : 30 a.m. - 2 : 30 p.m. (hours may vary depending on school site)
- Paid Hours : 6.5 hours per day
- Lunch Break : 30-minutes unpaid break
- Calendar : 9 months / year; enjoy time office during spring break, winter break and summer, plus 10 paid holidays.
