What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Parts Technician position at Snorkel?
Duties: Provide assistance and support to customers requiring parts. First responder to inbound customer calls. Respond to email messages and website inquiries. Provide support, direction and assistance to employees and customers with Snorkel products. Support web based applications and parts look up system. Perform post-resolution follow-ups to confirm completion to customer satisfaction. Enter sales orders, process credit cards and return authorizations, resolve customer complaints and escalate as necessary. Follow-up with and expedite parts as required to meet customer needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED. Previous customer service experience; knowledge of Snorkel products desired. 1-2 years in Aerial Equipment industry preferred.
Other Qualifications : Self starter, ability to read technical drawings; outstanding computer skills required. Exceptional phone manners and customer service skills and the ability to multi-task.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
