Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for processing customer requests for parts.
- Entering sales orders and credit card processing.
- Supporting web-based applications.
- Issuing and processing return authorizations.
- Resolving customer complaints.
- Following and expediting parts as required to meet customer needs.

- Strong customer service ability.
