Job Description
We are looking for a restaurant server to join our team. This individual will take and deliver orders in a timely manner to our guests. The server will be a hard working, customer service oriented individual working in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities (not limited to):

Ensure that the dining room is in order and all tables are set at the beginning of shift and throughout the day.

Present food and drink menus to guests.

Answer questions or make recommendations for food and drinks.

Communicate with kitchen staff on any guests orders with dietary restrictions/allergies.

Work alongside other servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.

Issue bills, accept payments, handle cash and credit cards.

Anticipate, identify and correct system breakdowns to achieve maximum guest satisfaction.

Communicate with the food and beverage department management and coworkers regarding product/service deficiencies equipment, safety problems, etc.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
-
Prior experience serving or waitering in a restaurant environment.

Hands-on experience working with a point of sale system and handling cash.

Excellent people skills and a customer-oriented attitude
-
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English to understand instructions, safety rules, and communicate with guests.

Work schedules will include holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts.
