Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Finance Business Partner to join our team. This role will serve as a strategic link between the finance function and business units, providing financial insights, supporting decision-making, and driving performance improvement through budget management, operational analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Budget Management
Communicate and implement the Group’s annual budgeting guidelines.
Assist business units in preparing annual budgets and plans.
Allocate and monitor budget targets and timelines.
Business and Financial Analysis
Gain a deep understanding of business operations and performance.
Provide insightful, data-driven recommendations based on actual business execution.
Analyze financial matters and deliver timely and effective reports to the management team on financial and operational performance.
Business Partnership and Collaboration
Collaborate closely with business departments to identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Quickly respond to project and financial analysis needs from business units.
Support business initiatives through financial insight and process optimization.
Process and Data Management
Facilitate cross-departmental coordination to streamline business processes.
Clarify and optimize data flow and logic in collaboration with business and functional teams.
Financial and Tax Support
Review contracts and approve payments to mitigate financial and tax risks.
Provide tax and financial advisory support to departments.
Coordinate and resolve finance and tax-related issues raised by business units.
Financial Training and Communication
Promote and implement company financial policies and procedures.
Organize training sessions on financial topics to improve financial literacy within business teams.
Provide professional financial guidance and support to business departments.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, business partnering, or relevant finance roles.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficient in financial modeling, reporting tools, and ERP systems.
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
Familiarity with local tax regulations and risk control is preferred.
Salary : $75,000 - $95,000
