As a member of our team, you will be responsible for the administrative functions of the SOAR365 Commercial Grounds Operations. Your people skills will come in handy and will help you to maintain professional relationships with your fellow team members and those that we serve. Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Fosters and maintain a positive image of Soar365.
  • Completes and maintains written and electronic records of all Commercial Grounds Operations requirements including scheduling, invoicing, payroll, reporting, training, inventory, inspections, etc.
  • Maintains an understanding of all agency services and capabilities.
  • As needed, interacts with clients and co-workers to complete tasks and serve the functions in this job description.
  • Participates in training to continually improve technical skills and team building skills.
  • Learn and become proficient with company preferred software.


Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required
  • Effective Communication Skills - able to communicate orally and in writing, be responsive to verbal and written communication.
  • Strong customer service skills required.
  • Strong ability to collaborate and coordinate, both with internal organizational staff and externally from the organization.
  • Strong administrative skills to include Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Power Point).
