What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time PAID Soccer Coach position at Soccer Shots Central Iowa?

Soccer Shots Central Iowa is a youth soccer organization for children 2 – 8 years old that works in childcare centers, preschools, and public spaces, and we’re looking for coaches.
We’ve got the curriculum, the equipment, and the apparel – you bring your enthusiasm, responsibility, and love for children and soccer! As a Soccer Shots soccer coach, you will be the face of our organization. You will be out in the community running our 30 – 45 minute soccer sessions for children at schools, parks, and public spaces, and will be responsible for creating an awesome experience for each and every child.

Other details:
- Must pass a Child Abuse History Clearance and background check
- Must have your own car, and it’s reliable
- Ability to work with little supervision (once you get your schedule, you’ll be expected to show up, on time, at every location each week)
- You’ll commit to the entire season – this is very important given the age of children we work with
- Pay starts at $18 for each 30 minute session
- We have coaches coaching anywhere from 3 – 30 sessions/week depending on availability
- Coaches with Saturday morning availability are prioritized
