SPRING SCHEDULE
3 openings for this location:
- Part Time #1 (15 sessions/week) - Tuesdays between 9a and 6p (break from 12-2:30p), Wednesdays from 9-11a, Thursdays from 9-11a, Fridays from 9a-11a, and Saturdays between 8a-12p. Off on Mondays and Sundays. No evening shifts. Option to serve as floater/coverage for other teammates.
- Part Time #2 (15 sessions/week) - Mondays between 9a-12p, Tuesdays between 9-11a, Wednesdays between 8:30a-12p, Fridays between 10a-3p (break from 11:30a-2:30p). No evenings or weekends. Option to serve as floater/coverage for other teammates.
- Part Time #3 (8-10 sessions/week) - Mondays from 5-7p, Tuesdays from 5-7p, Wednesdays from 5-7p, Thursdays from 5-7p. Off on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays. No weekends. Evening hours only.
Training starts in mid-February 2023 for the Spring season.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Confidently competent; demonstrated experience engaging and enthusiastically leading children between the ages of 2-8. Experience with soccer (player, coach, etc). Early Childhood Education background preferred but not required. Gifted with patience, excellent imagination, and stellar silly face.
- Caring and others-oriented; known for engaging with children through specific and positive affirmations. Fervent in ensuring the safety and health of those we serve.
- Learning mindset; motivated and seeking growth, professional development, and continuous improvement.
- Driven and responsible, known for delivering results, honoring commitments, being organized and on-time.
- Believes the team comes before self and is team-oriented but is also comfortable working individually and/or remotely throughout the week.
- Thoughtful and professional communicator; shares perspectives, ideas, and feedback willingly and constructively.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be willing to commit to a full season; longer term opportunities also available.
Must have reliable transportation and active mobile phone with data plan.
Must successfully pass a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check and complete fingerprinting through MOVECHS.

Soccer Shots reserves the right to make amendments to the schedule and/or availability requirements from time to time and at its sole discretion. All employees are expected to work upon agreement of scheduled days with the Director. Employees will be required to complete comprehensive virtual and on-field training as part of the on-boarding process.
