Beyond the field, our team leaders contribute holistically to the growth of our business through vital contributions in project management (sales, scheduling and marketing) and staff management (hiring, training, and evaluating). WE INVEST IN YOU:

- Soccer Shots is an international franchise, where many owners and directors started out as coaches and interns.
This internship requires 25 hours of work per week (depending on your university requirements) that WILL require work on weekday evenings and weekends to serve families when they can play! Expect to coach at least 15 hours per week with children. However, we provide ample flexibility for administrative time, and all team leaders are currently working remotely for office and administrative responsibilities.
Compensation: $15/hour $1500 Tuition Reimbursement.
**Eligibility for tuition reimbursement is dependent upon completion of a minimum of 500 hours in good standing while completing university course credits during the internship term.

Soccer Shots Philadelphia Area is an engaging children's soccer program with a focus on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum and communication. As Philadelphia Area, we serve Philadelphia, Camden County, and Lower Bucks County families with our unique soccer experience at more than 100 local sites and with more than 10000 local families in the last two years.
