Your Role
As a Soccer XS Coach, You Will
- Lead fun, engaging soccer sessions for players ages 4–15
- Create a positive, encouraging learning environment
- Deliver age-appropriate activities for full training sessions
- Show professionalism with players, parents, and partner clubs
- Adapt your role based on season and program type
- Recreational youth programs
- Competitive youth teams
- Camps & Clinics
- Small group & private training
- Passion for soccer and working with kids
- Reliable availability (evenings some Saturdays)
- High energy, positive communication style
- Willingness to learn and follow a proven system
- Ability to pass a background check
- CT-based, legal to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ideally a certification or coaching license (USSF or USC)
- No license yet? If you have experience, we’ll pay for your first USSF license.
- Pay: $22–$50 per hour (based on role, experience, and licensing)
- Paid training and coach education
