What are the responsibilities and job description for the Stock Plan Administrator position at SoFi?
The role
SoFi is searching for a Stock Plan Administrator to support the day-to-day long-term incentive plan’s requirements in a fast-growing environment. This role will be a key contributor in supporting the daily operations of the Equity Team. What you’ll do :
- Reporting to the Manager, Global Equity, you will support the daily activities related to our global equity plan including any ad-hoc projects and tasks related to the Plan
- Assist in the management of our relationship with our vendor, Fidelity, including coordinating tasks to be performed by Fidelity throughout the equity administration process
- Support employees and business partners with equity-related requests and questions
- Collaborate in the development and execution of an employee education campaign for SoFi’s LTI programs
- Support the Manager, Global Equity with monthly / quarterly reporting, forecasting, and processing requirements associated with the Plan
- Assist with any system integration projects related to equity
- Produce analyses to support other business functions in management decision making
- Collaborate with Payroll and HR on system integrations and reconciliations between the Payroll and HRIS systems that support the Plan
- Assist with monthly / quarterly / year-end internal / external audit and compliance requests
- Assist with the month-end close process by assisting with reporting related inquiries from cross-functional partners

The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.

Pay range : $83,200.00 - $156,000.00
Payment frequency : Annual
